Saturday, November 19th, will mark the 12th annual Lights, Camera. . .Auction. Take
a few minutes to find out more about this not-to-be missed event What
is Lights, Camera,…Auction? This
is Bethlehem’s major Fall
fundraiser and is a live and silent auction dinner. The event is held every
year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The gym is transformed into a
different movie theme each year with the help of parents, friends, alumni,
faculty, and friends of Bethlehem. For the second year! Following the live and silent auctions, dance to the sounds
of "Big Black Cadillac" from 10:00 p.m. until midnight. What
will occur during the event? The
event will feature a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, gourmet dinner, cash
bar, silent and live auction, dance, and numerous other chances to win fabulous
prizes. Some of those opportunities include: v Wheel

benefits from Lights, Camera…Auction? Through
the generosity of countless volunteers and patrons from the business community,
all Bethlehem students benefit from
this event. The proceeds will continue to support Bethlehem’s commitment to
provide an excellent high school experience for our students by continuing the
legacy begun by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. All proceeds will be used
for the general budget and tuition assistance. Who
is invited to Lights, Camera ….Auction? This
is a premier event for Bethlehem High School alumni, parents,
past-parents, staff, and friends. More than three hundred fifty guests will
attend the event. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails and
hors d oeuvres. Cost is $60 per person. For additional information regarding

can you help? This
event cannot be successful without dedicated people fulfilling a variety of roles.
The Executive Planning Committee has been meeting since April, but help is
still needed. Here are some ways you can help: · Donate
an item. · Be
creative! Help the decorating committee. · Work
the night of the event in the silent auction or the bank or clean up the next
day.
