Chris WalshChris Walsh, Interim Principal – Bethlehem High School, Class of 1991; Bachelor’s Degree, Western Kentucky University; Master of Arts in Teaching, Spalding University. Eighteen hours of postgraduate work in History, University of Louisville; currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Educational Leadership at Spalding University. Five years teaching experience at Bethlehem in social studies and theology. Currently serving as Campus Minister, teaching senior theology, acting as senior class moderator and sponsoring the Campus Ministry Club. Certified as an Associate Catechist by the Archdiocese of Louisville. Listed in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.

                                                         Mike Ayersman – BA in Secondary Education, University of Kentucky. He has taught in Lexington, Texas and Bowling Green. He has served as an assistant boys basketball coach at Western Kentucky University, four years as an assistant at Bryans Station, Lexington and six years as basketball/tennis coach at Bowling Green High School. Member of the Kentucky Association of Basketball coaches. He is currently the Head coach of the Bethlehem Eagles boys basketball team and teaches Economics, US History and 20th Century History. Natalie BarberNathalie Barber – Bachelor of Sociology. Graduate work in Dramatic Arts, University of Quebec in Montreal. Completing Master of Arts in Education at Indiana Wesleyan University. Currently teaches French I, II and Humanities: Visual and Performing Arts. Thirteen years teaching experience. Connie McDowellConnie McDowell – Bethlehem High School, Class of 1983; Bachelor of Science, Centre College; Master of Arts, University of Louisville. Nineteen years teaching experience. Currently teaches Intro to Biology, College Level Biology, College Level Anatomy and Physiology, and Criminalistics.  Member of  National Science Teachers Association, National Association of Biology Teachers. Science Department Chair. Curriculum coordinator. 4-H Club Advisor. Catholic Education Foundation Award for Excellence in Teaching, Governor’s Scholar Outstanding Educator Award, National Honor Roll Outstanding American Teacher.                                                          Tom Moss – BA mathematics & secondary education, Berea College. MA secondary education University of Kentucky. Taught 1971-1998 at Henry Clay High School, Lexington. Instructor for University of Kentucky Summer Gifted Program and Kentucky Governor’s Scholar Program. Mathematics Instructor at the University of Kentucky 1978-2007. Finalist for the Presidential Award for Mathematics Teaching in Kentucky in 1982, 1983, 1984. Sylvia HamiltonSylvia Hamilton – Bethlehem High School, Class of 1973; Bachelor of Music Education, Eastern Kentucky University; Master of Arts, University of Louisville. She is beginning her sixth year as Liturgical Choir Director at Bethlehem.
Debbie JonesDebbie Jones – Bachelor of Music from the University of Northern Iowa; Director of Music at St. Joseph Parish since September 2001. Debbie directs five of the ten choirs at the parish along with scheduling all choirs and coordinating music at all the Masses. Currently teaches Music Theory at Bethlehem High School. The Music Theory course involves sight singing, chord studies, music analysis, rhythmic dictation, aural listening, writing and composing music. This class is for students who have been studying an instrument for several years. Students who plan to continue university studies in music would benefit from this class.
