Accomplishments-Class of 2020
Patrick will be attending the University of Louisville. He plans on majoring in Sports Management. While at Bethlehem, Patrick was a member of the Varsity Football team for four years and the Track team.
DJ will be attending the University of Kentucky. He plans on majoring in Broadcast Journalism. DJ has been awarded the Provost Scholarship ($10,000). DJ was actively involved with drama, was the videographer for the football team, and was on the tennis team. DJ is also an Eagle Scout.
Savannah will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Bio-systems Engineering. She has accepted the Provost Scholarship ($20,000). Savannah was co-president of the National Honor Society, Vice-President of the Green Dot Club, a Student Ambassador, Co-Captain of the Varsity Softball team, and a member of the Volleyball team for two years.
Mason will be attending Centre College majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience. He has been awarded the Faculty Scholarship ($120,000). Mason was a member of the Varsity Football team and Track team for four years and he was SGT at Arms for the National Honor Society.
Patricia will be attending the University of Louisville majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Political Science. She has been awarded the Henry Vogt Scholarship ($64,000). While at Bethlehem, Patricia was a member of the Golf team, was a Senior Retreat Leader, and member of the National Honor Society.
Theo will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Biology and Pre-Med. He has been awarded an Army ROTC Scholarship ($75,000). Theo has been actively involved in Varsity Football for four years, was Captain of Events for Discus and Shotput, and was a member of the Debate/Speech team.
Elly will join the workforce. She has decided to seek employment with the manufacturing sector of Alabama. While at Bethlehem, Elly was a lead anchor for Bethlehem's Star News and played Varsity Volleyball.
Lily-May will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. She will be majoring in Psychology. Lily-May was a lead anchor for Bethlehem's Star News and was a cheerleader.
Ben will be attending Murray State University majoring in Wildlife Conservation. He served as an environmental issues intern with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and earned the distinction of Eagle Scout
Josh will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Theatre Design and Technology. He has been awarded the Potter College Creative Arts Scholarship for $8,000; the Jerry Baker Theatre Scholarship for $4,000; the Springfield Rotary Tom Duncan Reed Scholarship for $1,000 and a Merit Scholarship valued at $10,000. Josh has been an integral part of Bethlehem's Drama productions for the past four years. Josh is a gold star recipient for Christian service.
Branden will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He is undecided on his major. He successfully completed the Electrical Technology course at our Area Technology Center. Branden was a member of the Varsity Football team for three years.
Emily will be attending the University of Pikeville majoring in Biology. She has been awarded the Merit, Archery, and UPike Scholar scholarships valued at $64,000. Emily was actively involved in choir, Varsity Soccer and Archery and was a member of National Honor Society.
Jeanie will be attending Miami University in Ohio. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship valued at $104,000 and the Farm Bureau Scholarship for $1,000. Jeanie is a Kentucky Governor's Scholar and a 4 year varsity starter on the volleyball team. She served as Student Ambassador, President of Student Council and is a region champion long jumper.
Molly will be attending Bellarmine University. She has been awarded the following scholarships: DAR Regional ($1,000); Dorrin & Ruth Ross Memorial ($500) Burger King Scholars ($1,000); National Honor Society ($3,200); and the Monsignor Horrigan ($116,000). Molly was Co-President of National Honor Society, President of the Rosary Making Club, Secretary of Pro-Life Club and Co-Chair of the Biology Club.
Claire will be attending Centre College. She has been awarded a Bardstown Rotary Scholarship ($1,000); the Father Morgan Scholarship ($8,000); an Optimist Oratorial Scholarship ($2,500); a Lincoln Trail Youth Salute Scholarship ($250); a Centre College Drama Scholarship ($20,000) and a Merit Scholarship ($108,000). Claire competed in Speech and played volleyball, is a member of the National Honor Society, and served as President of the Green Dot Club for two years. She is also a Kentucky Governor's Scholar.
MaKenna will be attending Spalding University. She will be majoring in nursing and playing for the Eagles softball team. MaKenna was a member of the Varsity Basketball and Softball teams.
Odalis will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. Odalis sang for Bethlehem in the liturgical choir all four years.
Ted will be attending the University of Kentucky. He has been awarded the KY High School AG Athlete of the Year Scholarship ($2,000) and the Higdon Family Scholarship ($2,000). Ted will be majoring in Agriculture. Ted completed an agriculture internship with Peterson Farms his senior year and was a 4 year basketball player.
Laurel will be attending the University of Dayton. Laurel is a member of the National Honor Society and was a 4 year soccer player, helping her team win a State Class A championship her junior year. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship valued at $127,000.
Faith will be attending Galen College of Nursing. She completed the Principles of Health Science at our Area Technology Center. She served as a sports team manager and played softball. She was also a member of the Green Dot Club.
Kruse will be attending the University of Kentucky. He was awarded the UK Presidential scholarship ($49,000). Kruse will be majoring in BioSystem Engineering. He is a Kentucky Governor's Scholar and a varsity basketball letterman.
Christian will be working with the family business, Harrison Paving. Christian was a member of the Varsity Soccer team.
Jessica will be attending Western Kentucky University. She will be majoring in Business. She was an anchor for the Bethlehem's Star News and a yearbook staff member.
Madeline will be attending the University of Kentucky's College of Engineering. She has been awarded the Patterson Scholarship ($49,000). She plans on majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Madeline is a National Merit Finalist, a Governor's School for the Arts graduate, and a student in the Bluegrass Aerospace Experience. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Chloe will be attending Western Kentucky University. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($16,000). Chloe is undecided on her major. She has been swimming for the Bethlehem Banshees since middle school, was part of the stage crew for Bethlehem's drama productions and was an anchor for Star News.
Sam will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He will be majoring in Electricity. He was a member of the Varsity Football team.
William will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He will be majoring in Electricity. He was a member of the Varsity Football team.
Sam will be attending the University of Alabama majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He has been awarded an Engineering, Presidential and Tutwiler Scholarship ($131,000) and the Jackson Breunig Scholarship ($1,000). Sam is a triple threat athlete, competing in baseball, bass fishing and archery. Sam is a Kentucky Governor's Scholar. He was a member of the National Honor Society.
Carly will be attending Midway University majoring in Criminal Justice. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($40,000) and the American Red Cross Scholarship ($250). Carly will be playing softball for Midway. She was Co-Captain of the Varsity Softball and Basketball teams, and was President of the Beta Club. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Hannah will be attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College majoring in Nursing. Hannah was a Varsity Cheerleader.
Joey will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College majoring in Nursing. Joey participated in the Pro-Life Club and attended the national March for Life rallies. He also competed in archery.
Mikiah will be attending Princeton University majoring in Biology. She has been awarded a Questbridge Scholarship ($295,280); a Bardstown Rotary Scholarship ($1,000); an Alpha Kappa Alpha Scholarship ($2,000) and a Rosetta Dodson Scholarship ($500). Mikiah played Varsity Basketball for 3 years and Varsity Soccer. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Ashton will be attending Western Kentucky University's Honor College majoring in Psychological Science. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($32,000); a Bardstown Rotary Scholarship ($1,000) and a Governor's Scholar Scholarship ($6,000). She was named the Distinguished Young Woman of Nelson County, a Kentucky's Governor's Scholar and was a top performer on the Speech team and in the school drama productions. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Sam will be attending Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College. He is undecided on his major. Sam was a 4 year letterman in Football.
Mitchell will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Art. He has been awarded the Baker Scholarship ($1,000) and a Merit Scholarship ($16,000). He was a member of the Varsity Soccer, Cross Country and Track teams.
Kennedy will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Special Education. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($16,000). She was secretary for the National Honor Society, stage crew for Drama, and a member of the Advancement Council.
Ryan will be attending Georgetown College. He has been awarded the Heritage Scholarship ($76,000) and an Athletic Scholarship ($68,000). He played Varsity Football, Basketball, Baseball and Bass Fishing.
Nathan will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He received the Excellence in Accounting award. Nathan was a member of the basketball team.
Bailey will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Nursing. She has been awarded a Flaget Memorial Scholarship ($1,000). Bailey played Varsity Soccer, Basketball, and Track. She was the Social Media Technician for the Student Council.
Jack will be attending the University of Texas at Austin majoring in Radio-Television-Film. He has been awarded a Speech Scholarship ($107,880). Jack was a member of the Speech and Debate team, where he earned a National Speech and Debate championship along with several state championship titles. He was President of the United Nationsl General Assembly and a member of the Advancement Council.
Jordan will be attending Eastern Kentucky University's Honor College majoring in Mass Communication. He has been awarded the President Scholarship ($24,000) and an AP Teacher's Choice Award ($500). He was an anchor for Bethlehem's Star News.
Davis will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Business Management. Davis was a member of InterAct and the Bio Club.
Claire will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Environmental Science. She played Varsity Soccer and Softball and was a member of the French National Honor Society.
Gage will be attending Eastern Kentucky University majoring in Environmental Science. Gage was a member of the Varsity Football and was a cast member in our drama productions.
Lain will be attending Eastern Kentucky University majoring in Wildlife Management. He has been awarded the EKU Institutional Scholarship ($500). Lain played Varsity Basketball, Baseball, Football and was a member of the Bass Fishing Team.
Collin will be attending the University of Louisville's Speed School of Engineering. He plans on majoring in Electrical Engineering. He has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($20,000). Collin played Varsity Football and was member of the National Honor Society.
Kaley will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Interior Design. Kaley was a cheerleader and a member of the Cross Country team.
Laurel will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Political Science. She was a member of the Speech and Debate Team and participated in many Drama productions. Laurel was a member of the National Honor Society.
Drew will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He was a member of the Varsity Soccer team.
Ethan will be attending the University of Louisville majoring in Political Science. He has been awarded a Governor's Scholar Scholarship ($47,000). Ethan was a member of the Cross Country team and National Honor Society.
Chelsey will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Special Education. She has been awarded a Merit Scholarship ($4,000).
Buckley will be attending Centre College. She has been awarded a Faculty Scholarship ($108,000). She played Varsity Soccer, Basketball and Track & Field; was a Governor's Scholar and Young Leader of Nelson County. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Jessica will be attending Bellarmine University majoring in Biology. She has received a Merit Scholarship ($116,000). She was a Commonwealth Honors Scholar, a member of National Honor Society, a Cheerleader, and participated in many Drama productions.
Josh will be attending the University of Louisville majoring in Computer Informational Systems. He was a member of the Varsity Soccer team and has the distinction of Eagle Scout.
Cade will be attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Cade played Varsity Baseball and Football.
Michael will be attending the University of Louisville. Michael was a member of the Swim Team and is also an Eagle Scout. Michael gained school fame for his infamous "Bunch with Brian" skit on Star News.
Clay will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Business Economics. Clay played Varsity Football and was a Star News anchor.
Mason will be attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He was a member of the Varsity Football and Baseball teams. He successfully completed the Electrical Technology course from our Area Technology Center.
Buddy will be attending Indiana Kentucky Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters majoring in Welding. Buddy played Varsity Football. He is the eighth child of Don and Theresa Ulrich to graduate from Bethlehem.
Mollie will be attending Western Kentucky University majoring in Elementary Education. She was a member of the Varsity Basketball, Soccer, and Cross Country teams. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
Kaelyn will be attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College majoring in Nursing. She was a member of the Varsity Basketball, Soccer and Track teams. She was a member of the French National Honor Society.
Kennady will be attending Eastern Kentucky University majoring in Sports Medicine and Pre-Med. She has been awarded a Provost Scholarship ($16,000) and a Softball Scholarship ($8,000). Kennady played Varsity Softball.
Ben will be attending the University of Louisville majoring in Sports Administration. He was a member of the Archery and Tennis teams and French National Honor Society.
Jake will be attending Eastern Kentucky University's Honor College majoring in Finance. He has been awarded an Honors Scholarship ($4,000) and the Boone Scholar Scholarship ($56,000). He ran cross country and was a member of National Honor Society.
Zach will be attending Eastern Kentucky University's Honors College majoring in Political Science and English. He has been awarded the Chairman Scholarship ($32,000). Zach played Varsity Basketball, ran cross country, and was a member of National Honor Society.
Baeli will be attending Spalding University majoring in Nursing. She has been awarded a Toyota Athlete Scholarship ($500); a Salt River Scholarship ($1,000); an NAACP Scholarship ($250); the Teri "Kateri" Edelen Nursing Scholarship ($1,500) and a Merit Scholarship ($51,520). Baeli played Varsity Soccer, Basketball, and Track. She was also a member of National Honor Society.
Bryce will be attend Wyotech majoring in Diesel Mechanics. Bryce was a member of the Varsity Football, Basketball, Track and bass fishing teams.
Caleb will be attending Western Kentucky University. Caleb was a member of the Varsity Basketball team.
