We'll Get By With a Little Help From Our Friends

In Mr. Nord's and Mr. Corder’s Star Term course, “We’ll Get By With A Little Help From Our Friends,” students have had the opportunity to learn about working animals, focusing on both service dogs and animal-assisted therapy. From the laws that govern them, to breeding, care, training, who uses them, and how they work, this class intends to educate students about the importance of service animals and the work that goes into them. So far, they have had some amazing guest speakers and their furry friends visit to help educate them on these topics on the importance of these animals in our society.
