Financial Assistance

At Bethlehem High School, our goal is to make tuition affordable enough so that anyone who wants a Catholic education can receive one.  Financial aid is available, and all families are encouraged to apply.

Financial Aid:

Need-based tuition assistance is available to families that qualify.  Last year we awarded  financial aid to approximately one-third of our students.  Eligibility for assistance is determined by a third-party agency, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

The FACTS Online Application form will be available on the right of this web page starting December 15, 2018.  (2017 tax returns are necessary to complete the application.)  FACTS does charge a $25 application fee.

Actual financial aid awards will be announced in May of each year.

Financial Aid FAQs:

All families with one or more children enrolled in or applying to a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Louisville.

How do I apply?

Tuition assistance applications can be submitted beginning December 15, 2018.

If I have more than one student, how many applications do I fill out?
Each family should use just one form for all students (in both elementary and high school).

Do I have to apply again each year?
Yes, each family must apply every year they wish to receive tuition assistance.

How will I know if I have correctly submitted the application?
The FACTS system will send you a confirmation email once your application has been received.  You will also see the word "COMPLETE" in a green box on your application.
