Blessing of the Fields

We had a wonderful celebration at our new Athletic Complex today. The Reverend Kirty Rust ('11) asked for Christ's blessings on our facilities, our season and our third century. Kristen Sedlatscheck ('17) and Izzy Neel ('17) sang an original song written for the bicentennial by Sally Mudd McLaughlin ('87), and student representatives expressed gratitude and talked about how excited they were to play and cheer on the new fields and courses. Pictured here is Gage Patterson announcing to the student body that the new Fieldhouse will be officially called the Hamilton Fieldhouse in honor of Tom Hamilton who has spent him time, talent, and treasure executing this project.
