Sparks Takes District Tennis title

Torie Sparks was victorious in her Singles match and brought home some hardware in her first season on the tennis team. On the Doubles side, Hannah Stein and Lillie Walton came up a bit short in a sudden death tie breaker to finish runner-up in their first season. The performance from both matches put the Banshees on top for the District Title. With the strong representation by the Banshees in the District 19 tournament, they won the Championship. Not sure when the last time the Banshees won the District 19 championship. Thanks to Thompson’s Food Mart for their Sponsorship for the shirts and trophies!
