Last week, Bethlehem hosted its annual Syrup Jug competition, and it was a huge success! We had an incredible turnout with so much talent on display and plenty of fun, friendly competition throughout the tournament. Syrup Jug is a special basketball event for boys who don’t play on the school team, giving students a chance to get involved, compete, and build strong class bonds. Congratulations to the juniors for taking home the trophy this year

The National Honor Society is excited to host a Week of Gratitude from April 20–24, filled with meaningful activities designed to spread kindness and positivity throughout our school. From rock painting and uplifting posters to surprise locker notes and acts of kindness, each day encourages students to support and appreciate one another. The week wraps up with a sweet treat and a chance to celebrate together. It’s a wonderful opportunity to build community, share encouragement, and focus on the power of gratitude in our everyday lives!

Yesterday, our juniors had the opportunity to attend their retreat out at Gethsemani, and it was such a meaningful and impactful day. The focus centered on anxiety and how to navigate the many changes and challenges that come with senior year, giving students time to reflect, connect, and grow. It was incredible to see them open up, support one another, and truly embrace the experience. Most importantly, they had a great time while gaining tools to help them move forward with confidence and faith.

We are proud to celebrate Senior Eli George on signing to continue his academic and athletic career at Ave Maria University in Florida! 🌴

We had a beautiful signing ceremony where teammates, coaches, and staff shared about the incredible impact Eli has had on our soccer program and our school community. His leadership, work ethic, and character have truly left a mark on Bethlehem.

GSA (Governor’s School for the Arts) allows students to grow and refine their talents in areas such as visual art, music, theater, dance, and more.
GSE (Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs) immerses students in innovation, business development, and entrepreneurship through hands-on, real-world experiences.
Being selected for these programs is a tremendous honor and a testament to the talent, dedication, and hard work of our students.

Over spring break, we had the joy of hosting our Easter Egg Hunt, and it was such a wonderful event! It was so much fun watching the kids search for eggs, laugh, and enjoy such a special day, especially while spending time with the Easter Bunny. The smiles and excitement made it truly memorable for everyone involved. A big thank you to our student ambassadors who helped make the event run so smoothly—we are so grateful for your time and support!

We are thrilled to celebrate our very own Mrs. Chasity Livers on being selected for the ACE Principal Academy through the University of Notre Dame!

This highly selective, two-year fellowship through the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) brings together exceptional Catholic school leaders from across the nation who are dedicated to building Christ-centered communities of joy and excellence.

Throughout the program, Mrs. Livers will grow alongside fellow leaders through dynamic professional development, spiritual formation, and personalized leadership coaching; all while continuing to lead and inspire here at Bethlehem.

We couldn’t be more proud of her leadership, her heart for Catholic education, and this incredible accomplishment. We can’t wait to see the impact she will continue to make in our school and beyond!
