The "Before" Picture

Our gym is getting ready to be transformed into a garden party for Saturday night's Lights, Camera, Auction... Contact today to purchase your tickets. This year's entertainment will feature a live auction, trivia challenge, and dueling pianos. If you are able to volunteer this week with setup, we will be here day and night except Wednesday evening.

Bethlehem Book Fairies

Mrs. Kremer's sophomore English classes have collected adolescent literature books and will be hiding them in the community for children to find. This is an effort to promote literacy, a love of reading, and kindness by 'paying it forward'. Children may keep the books or re-hide them once they've enjoyed them. Check out our Facebook page 'Bethlehem Book Fairies' to follow our adventures.

There are 2 trophies to win this week!

On Thursday, the Student Council will host the Battle of the Classes followed by PowderPuff football. All students will be bussed to the Athletic Complex after arriving at school for prayer. Students may wear athletic clothing and shoes. They should wear their Battle of the Classes t-shirt or the appropriate class color: Freshmen, green; sophomores, blue; juniors, black; and seniors, tie-dye. A hoodie or jacket would be a good idea too. Students should bring a lunch or buy a Chick-Fil-A sandwich for $5 from concessions. Other concessions will be available. Students will return to school before the 1:00 dismissal.

Holy Thursday Blessing

Deacon Steve Heil, assisted by religion teacher Stuart Hamilton and senior Clay Davis brought the Eucharist to each classroom and gave the students and teacher a blessing today as we begin the triduum.

Cooper Cohort Wins Again!

The freshman students in Coach Cooper's cohort won the lenten rice bowl challenge by assembling and filling up the most rice bowl's with coins in ten minutes. They will enjoy an out-of-uniform day and the money collected from all will be given to the Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Relief Services fund.

The Central Hardin Lady Bruins fell, 67-39, to the Bethlehem Banshees in last night's Region 5 Championship! The Bethlehem team will go to the Sweet Sixteen for only the second time in the school's history. Congratulations to Xavi Smalley, Ella Thompson, Carlie Thurmond and Amelia Hodges for making the all-tournament team and to Ella for being named MVP. We will play Bullitt East next Thursday in the State Tournament at Rupp Arena. Stay tuned for ticket information and the spirit theme. A community pep rally is being planned for Monday.
