Tuition

The FACTS Tuition Management registration portal for the 2023-2024 school year is open. The application deadline is June 15, 2023.

The tuition rates for the 2023-24 school year are as follows:
 
One student :       $8,700
Two students:    $16,530 (reflects a 10% discount for the second student)
Three students: $24,360 (reflects a 10% discount for the second and third student)
 
Tuition payments will be made through FACTS Tuition Management and will include the following three options:
 
Option 1: Single payment due on or before July 15, 2023.  A $100 per family discount will be applied for Option 1. (Discount does not apply to families receiving financial aid, scholarships, vouchers or other types of discounts.)
 
Option 2: Semi-annual payments with no discount, with half due July 15, 2023 and the second half due January 15, 2024.
 
Option 3: Automatic monthly withdrawal payment plan.  Payments are taken out over 10 months 
beginning in July on either the 5th or the 20th of the month and continuing through April.
 
You may choose to have your payment taken out of your checking or savings account or billed to your credit card on either the 5th or the 20th of each month.  All payments spread over two months or greater will begin in July.
 
A non-refundable $225 per student book/technology fee will be billed by FACTS and collected on August 1, 2023 or if enrollment takes place later than that, around the time of enrollment.    
 
A non-refundable student registration fee of $50 per student is due upon registration for the new school year.
 
Bethlehem High School will use the FACTS Tuition Management Program again for the 2023-24 school year. Families must use this payment program. There is a one-time per year charge of $20 for families who choose the semi-annual or annual payment plan or $50 per year for families who choose the monthly payment plan.  This fee covers the cost for FACTS to administer the program with the fee paid directly to FACTS upon their receipt of your application.


Partial Year Tuition Policy

 

For various reasons, students find it necessary to transfer into Bethlehem High School after the school year has begun.  We welcome transfer students and will do everything we can to ensure their smooth transition into our student body.  If your student is considering a transfer to Bethlehem, please begin the process by contacting the Director of Admissions Paige Montgomery.  Bethlehem High School charges the following fees for partial year students:

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $50 is charged no matter what time of year the transfer occurs.

A non-refundable Book and Technology Fee of $225 is charged no matter what time of year the transfer occurs.

Partial year tuition is based upon the following scale:

Transfer occurs during the first nine weeks of the school year – 100% of annual tuition is charged

Transfer occurs during the second nine weeks of the school year – 75% of annual tuition is charged

Transfer occurs during the third nine weeks of the school year – 50% of annual tuition is charged

Transfer occurs during the fourth nine weeks of the school year – 25% of annual tuition is charged
